We've spent our careers getting systems working inside real organisations — and watching good teams forced to bend their work to fit generic software. We started Sifr to invert that: model first, build from the model, and stay for the long run. We pair that with active research, so the systems we ship sit closer to the frontier than off-the-shelf tools can reach.
